William J Garrity is the principal of Garrity Insurance. Bill started his career at Sentry Insurance and then purchased Garrity Insurance Agency from his father in 1998. Bill holds a Licensed Insurance Adviser's license, is a Certified Insurance Counselor and has a BA from Boston College in economics. Problem solving, finding creative win/win scenarios and mentoring insurance professionals are the focus of his practice. In his free time he enjoys dog training, playing tennis and golf and spending time with his family.

Lourdes began her insurance career over twenty-five years ago. Before joining Garrity, Lourdes worked in a number of client service and account management roles for small local and large regional independent agencies. She graduated from UMass Boston with a bachelors in Social Psychology in 2004, and in 2007 joined Garrity as a Personal Lines Manager. During this time, she has worked closely with our clients, staff and partners to deliver superior solutions while building strong relationships. In 2016 Lourdes was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and manages the day-to-day operations of the agency including Client Services, Underwriting, Accounting, Claims, Human Resources, and Policy Issue/Administration. Adopting an attitude of “what can I do to make a difference” is the foundation of everything she does, both personally and professionally.

 Lourdes’ love for people and her passion for insurance motivate her to provide outstanding services to our clients, while building strong working relationships with our staff and partners. Lourdes has been instrumental in the growth of the agency and the development of those reporting to her. Outside of Lourdes’ passion for people and insurance, she enjoys spending her time with family, friends and serving her local church community.

Danielle has been in insurance for 12 years and joined the Garrity Insurance team in 2017. She was hired as Personal Lines Account Manager but moved quickly into a team leader role and is now the Personal Lines Department Manager. During Danielle's time with Garrity, she has obtained an Associate in General Insurance designation along with a strong foundation of personal lines knowledge and proven and trustworthy management style launching her advancement within the company. Danielle utilizes her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of NH as well as her background working with diverse clients to focus on helping the agency to grow both externally and internally. Danielle loves to travel, spend time with her family (husband and two sons), and enjoys hiking, baking, and maintaining a healthy fit lifestyle in her free time.

Bob joined the Garrity Insurance team in 2003.  Bob helps his clients with both personal and commercial insurance, as well as life insurance. He specializes in condo master insurance policies, and takes pride in helping his clients understand the ins and outs of condo insurance. Bob earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2009, and has in-depth knowledge in the handling of property and casualty claims.  He is also committed to serving his community and is involved with organizations such as the Winchester Rotary Club, and the Winchester Youth Baseball program. When not at work, Bob enjoys  spending time with family, skiing, kayaking and anything outdoors.

Will joined Garrity Insurance in 2006 and has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Will works with over 50 Auto Body and Auto Repair shops in Massachusetts. He enjoys helping his clients maximize the value of their Repair Plates and Dealer Plates. Will is on the Board of Directors of the Marblehead Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Marblehead Rotary Club, and a volunteer coach for the Marblehead Youth Soccer Association. Will is a member of the North Shore Masters adult swim program at the YMCA of the North Shore and he loves spending time outdoors and in the ocean with his family.

After graduation from Boston College in 1971, Tom spent 18 years as a Certified Arborist running a tree care company. In 1989, deciding he needed a change, he entered the insurance field and after 6 years became a partner in the Sico & Walsh Insurance Agency. He was very pleased to join the Garrity agency in 2015. His years of experience as a contractor have helped him understand the specialized needs of that industry. He has remained connected to tree care, serving as Tree Warden for the Town of Belmont for 30 years. In his spare time he enjoys golf and spending time with his grandchildren.

Ara Yacubian has over 20 years experience as a trusted insurance advisor and a "go-to" risk consultant with significant expertise in representing privately held, family owned mid-market companies. He is a leading practitioner of audit resolution and Workers’ Compensation MOD and ARAP increases and focuses his practice on representing food manufacturers, restaurants and construction companies. He advises clients on all aspects of risk transfer, loss control and cost control. Ara holds a B.A. from Bentley University and is a Certified Workers Compensation Advisor & Construction Risk Insurance Specialist. In his spare time, Ara teaches Sunday school and serves on the altar with his son at St. James Armenian Apostolic Church. He is a member of the Knights of Vartan, (an Armenian Fraternal Organization), and enjoys mentoring young professionals.

Jamie has 15+ years  experience in the Insurance industry.  She relocated from Florida and has been with the Garrity Insurance Agency since 2012.  Jamie received her degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.  She enjoys helping her clients with Business, Personal and Life insurance.  Jamie specializes in assisting High net worth Personal Insurance accounts and Condo Associations.   Outside of the office Jamie’s passions include: Singing, playing her guitar, dancing, animals, fitness, hiking and travel.
